julie's sweater -- a closer view

this gives you a little bit better sense of the fabric of julie's sweater. i can't remember what the wool is called, but it's hand-dyed, hand-spun from somewhere in latin america, and it's really yummy. unfortunately, these photos don't really do it justice. Posted by Picasa

yummy! That might be "Manos del Uruguay" (however that's spelled) yarn. It's a great cardigan. Just follow your nose with folding over the color - that'll make a nice "thick" collar that will stand up right and not flop down. Kudos for Julie for her patience - she and Terry match. Except that you actually are close to DONE with a Julie project, unlike me ;) - Sara
